Forming Consistent Habit's

Breakfast was small bowl of oatmeal, toast and past of a banana. Was to ripe, should have cut it into a bowl with sugar.
Went to Thai food for lunch~ Yummmm Never get tired of it, wish I could afford it more often.
Dinner was breaded Flounder, 6 seasoned potato wedges and corn.
Choc., Ice Cream for desert.
Drank my "K" tea yesterday and today.
Need to do a few core exercises yet too.

Go to the Urologist specialist tomorrow.
