Forming Consistant Habit's

Did my steps last night, had a moon pie too!
Ended up having left over BBQ turkey on a bun for lunch yesterday.
Today~
Had 3 egg's for breakfast, 2 bananas and 1 piece of toast.
Man did I wake up hungry.
Woke up late so I ate a late "B" , no lunch due to that.
We had the other pizza I bought for dinner tonight.
Plus had a small bowl of Chocolate Ice Cream.
Got my Big lawn all mowed today, hope to do some weeding
tomorrow and maybe more edging dug.
But did not do my elliptical today, maybe I can get 2 in tomorrow!
How are my habits doing, OK, how about yours?
