Worked 5 Hr. today. Back is a bit sore from Doc. apt yesterday so am
going to back off doing the elliptical today. I did spend time rearranging our room yesterday too so think my back will be glad.
I did drink my "K" tea, and did so this morning too!
Had my most common breakfast.
Lunch, a carrot.
Dinner is lightly breaded Flounder, Steak seasoned fries and "fresh" beet's.
My husband is still not feeling good, so he will have Noodle soup. He tried Veg. beef and a pork BBQ burger, but it did not settle well with him.So not real solid food yet for him!
That is it for today!
